Polar had such an exciting Halloween. Here he is having fun showing off in his Devil-Boy costume.

Polar went to the bank in his costume, and they loved it! We usually go to the bank everyday and he knows that he gets a biscuit at the window, but on Halloween he got a special treat. They also took his picture and gave him lots of biscuits! He is such a great guy.

Enjoy these wonderful photos from Polar's recent classroom visit and Halloween Party. Just look at Polar bobbing for biscuits! He had to wait to go last, but he didn't care. He just loved bobbing for the biscuits, and would still be there bobbing if I let him. And, he was so fascinated watching the kids bob for apples.

On a somewhat sad note, now that all the partying is over, Pam has told me about her special guy Polar needing surgery on November 6th. He had an injury to his leg in August that still months later refuses to heal, swelling still continuing to be a problem. So, now the doctor has to do a biopsy and culture the joint fluid in his hock. We all need to keep Polar in our good thoughts and pray that this is just a stubborn infection.
