If only
we could show our enjoyment for life as our furry friends do. They
cannot wait for our eyes to open each morning so that they can get us
moving and simply breathing in the wonderful fact that there is a new
day greeting us. They easily bring smiles to our faces when they
immerse and become one with the beauty of our changing seasons. The
collection below, primarily developed in coordination with a
previous photo contest,
beautifully capture our dogs' wondrous celebration of life.
Whether jumping for joy, cuddling a favorite toy or enjoying
a peaceful gaze by the ocean, the expressions on our beloved
companions' faces reveal the most genuine emotions in the
world.

Collection is
featured on oversized 5¼" x 7¼" quality classic
white linen
cards, which are a hefty 80-pound weight. They include matching 70-pound ivory linen envelopes.
These distinctly original cards are enclosed in a lovely textured and shimmering gold linen box.
The cards are blank inside to allow for your own
message. On the back of the card you will find the story
behind the photo.
 A
sweet sleeping puppy glossy sticker (can be
purchased separately) is
enclosed with each card as a FREE GIFT! They are great
to affix to card envelopes as an embellishment or as a type
of seal. We have also utilized a font from Netherlands
artist, Joe, of
Joebob Graphics.
A talented
guy specializing in font creation & design, he has allowed us
use of his dearjoe font family, free of charge.

Making
a Difference Cards
 A man with Alzheimer's wanders
from his home, a hiker goes missing, a trapped family
desperately tries to escape flood waters. The
National
Association for Search & Rescue indicates that
the ability to save a life is often dependent upon how
quickly the person can be found and accessed. But, providing
enough well-equipped and well-trained search and rescue
professionals is a daunting task.
The first in hopefully a series of cards honoring our
wonderful working dogs was inspired by SAR Golden Brady, a
talented boy whose specialties include Live Finds and Area
Search. His handler is Deana Hudgins, President of the
Ohio Search Dog Association,
Inc., a non-profit all volunteer response unit.
Sadly, Brady
was diagnosed with cancer in June 2008, our learning about
his plight when a application to our
Working Dog Cancer Treatment
Grants program was received.
We have provided Brady with a
grant and are keeping him in our thoughts and hoping for a
good recovery.

Long devoted to championing the human-canine bond, our
knowledge and spirit have been strengthened by the important
work of such visionaries as Dr. Allen Schoen. A believer
that all animals have emotions and feelings, Dr. Schoen
began his research into natural healing in the 1970s, at a
time when his colleagues neither understood nor cared about
what he was doing. Used here with permission, the tender
image of paw in hand, that graced the initial
printing of his must-have book,
Kindred Spirits: How the Remarkable Bond Between Humans &
